World's Best Top 50 Universities

Massachusetts Institute of Technology: With some 77 Nobel laureates and 38 MacArthur Fellows affiliated at faculty level, MIT is a nerve-centre of cutting-edge academic research. 

Choosing the right university for higher education can solve most problems associated with career planning. Generally, universities ranked in the top 50 are preferred for higher education. Universities are primarily ranked on the basis of quality of education they offer. The criteria which is used for defining the term 'quality' can vary a lot. Other factors like research funding, the number of doctorates awarded to students/faculty, the faculty make-up, etc., are also taken into account. Therefore, the top 50 universities of the world could be different for different people based on the criteria they focus on.
